Pandemic Meditation No. 1
Here is a relaxing one from the archives. Pause what you are doing for just a minute and a half and breathe deep to release any tension that you are holding. Try this: Turn the audio on and for the length of this video - inhale for four seconds while squeezing your shoulders up, hold for two seconds, then relax and exhale for four seconds.
This is also a reminder that you can still go outside and experience nature during this time of social distancing. This video was an experiment, filmed in LaBagh Woods which is in the city, right off of the 94.

Pandemic Meditation No. 2
If you're feeling cooped up from quarantine, join us for a walk along Lake Michigan. Enjoy this visual meditation on wind & water. Imagine the sand between your toes, the breeze on your face and the rush as the water flows over your skin. Then acknowledge your contribution to flattening the curve by staying at home.

Pandemic Meditation No. 3
When all of this is over, we’ll be together, but until then watch this video we made with footage of some of our friends who we miss. Think of all the people in your life who support you, comfort you, and who make you laugh. Take a moment to say thanks to them and then let that thankfulness carry you through.
